As founder of Bayside Builders, Peter Brown oversees
all operations. A certified carpenter with an eye
for detail, Peter has succeeded in building more than
just projects: through his constant striving for excellence
and high level of customer satisfaction, Peter has
built a reputation for himself that you can trust.
He expects nothing but the best from himself and his
staff. A leader in the community, Peter actively participates
in several service and business organizations.
Paul, Bayside’s lead foreman, as a Red Seal
Carpenter is committed to producing high-quality work.
With seventeen plus years of experience in organizing
complex construction projects, he oversees a variety
of subcontractors from different trades and serves
as the on-site contact for deliveries, scheduling,
and quality control.
Michael oversees the construction and property management of the day to day operations of Bayside Builders.
Working closely with Peter, Michael provides planning and analysis for Property Development and Real Estate opportunities.
Michael is happily married to his high school sweetheart and very committed to their two children.
Michael is a Rotarian and active member at St. Paul’s Parish.
As an Apprentice in carpentry with many years experience working on site with Bayside Builders along with the skills learned after two years in the Business Administration program, and also having been a licensed REALTOR® for some time. Scott has experience from each angle of buying, building, marketing, and selling of all kinds. Working first hand with different customers with different needs. Scott has an understanding of what Islanders want, and works every day to match what the market demands.
Angela joined Bayside Builders in January of 2008. She basically keeps her eyes on the daily accounting activities and makes sure that the office runs as smoothly as possible on a daily basis. Angela is from Summerside, PEI and graduated from Three Oaks High School in 2000. Chalk up her accounting expertise to the Accounting Technician program that she attended at Holland College. Got a sweet tooth? Angela bakes and decorates cakes in her spare time.
