At any given time, Bayside Builders is engaged in a range of projects for private clients, including the construction of new homes, renovations, commercial buildings, and multi-units.

Having completed our most recent 34-unit building, The Bayberry,and the commercial build, Mission Thrift Store, at 130 Greenwood Drive in Summerside, PEI, our current public-facing projects now include Stella Maris, a 16-unit development in Wellington, PEI; and a soon to be announced project in Summerside, PEI.

Stella Maris is the latest from IPAX and Bayside Builders, an all-new 16 unit, senior-friendly village in the beloved Wellington, PEI. This project, which includes fourplex buildings is on track for unveiling by 2026.
